The Huntsville Branch currently has in place a constitution and by-laws that were last revised in 1981. In our July Meeting the membership created a By-Laws Update Committee to review the existing document and update it. The Committee will present the new By-Laws to the membership at an upcoming branch meeting for approval. Once the By-Laws are approved they will have to be voted on by the Alabama Section at the Winter Meeting to be held in Tuscaloosa, February 19th at Hotel Capstone. Below is a link to a copy of our current Constitution and By-Laws. We would like to hear any feedback from our current members. If you have any comments and/or suggestions please email them to email@example.com.
